We called and the manager John was so accommodating and brought us out the missing items with a few extra goodies. (July 26, 2020, 6:29 pm)The best sandwiches in town. Very glad this store was opened after the 4 month COVID delay. Very clean, awesome and friendly staff. Although I used birthday coupon for a free sub and drink (sign up for rewards, all they use is your phone number to track!!), I happily pay full price often .
Favorite is the 56 big kahuna and the 7 turkey.

(July 23, 2020, 11:18 pm)Great service, extremely clean, and a perfect sandwich at this new location! 11/10 would recommend the tuna salad sub (don't forget to get it Mike's Way and then add pickles - so good, haha?!) So happy this store opened for us Naples folks!
