I Would Like To Thank Kato And Martha At The Naples Airport Rd McDonalds.

Kato Was Shorthanded And Had 2 Call Outs With Only Martha As His Cook.

But This Did Not Stop Them From Serving Hungry Customers.

I Am A Truck Driver Making A Local Delivery And Needed Dinner And As Always I Come To This MCDONALD'S When I Am On This Route. Even Though The Lobby Doors Kato Severed At The Drive-Thru Window As A Walk Up. I Am Greatful That He Was There I Have Diabetes And Need To Eat Regularly As Much As Possible And Due To Repairs Was Unable To Get To The Grocery Store.

So I Want To Say Thank You Kato And Martha For Your Dedication And Teamwork To Serve Customers With Professional Courtesy Under Extreme Duress.

I go to McDonalds, A LOT, all over the state, and this one is consistently the best that I've experienced. My order is always correct and they get you through the line quickly and don't seem miserable. With other locations, pretty much everywhere, you'll wait 15-20 minutes for a chicken sandwich when you ordered a milkshake and then get attacked when you ask them to fix it. At this location, I've never had a single issue like that and everyone's been polite. PLEASE stay this way.
