Miller's Ale House

Pretty good but food lacked seasoning. I will certainly go back and try other menu items.

Went there early to beat the crowds. The service was excellent. The food was mediocre at best. Fries were cold, the rare steak was on the wrong plate. My wife’s pulled pork awful. My steak ad decent flavor but was chewy. We would probably go back to try the deserts as they look good on the menu.

I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 because I got a very fast response from them and was directed to provide feedback to them directly. Good customer service

Third time to this location. Had prime rib sandwich first time, excellent service and meal. Next time had the prime rib special on Thursday, excellent. Today took two other couples, total of six people. The prime rib was tough and stringy. Hard time cutting it to eat. When they brought out the prime rib for the five who ordered it, server did not know which was one was rare or medium. New staff member was accompanied by another who we assumed was training her but did not know which was rare or medium either. Very confusing for the table and when we asked for horseradish, didn’t receive it till we were almost half way done. Realize that this is a new place and takes time to get everything right. All it would have taken was for the cooks to try the prime rib and it wouldn’t be served most restaurants. Very disappointing, the prime rib was excellent two weeks ago.

Had dinner with friends there last Friday night. Live on Marco and have been desperate to find more options as most restaurants are so busy during the season, you can't even get in. And when you do, the food is decent at best but way overpriced. Hard to find good food at a good value anymore - until we found Miller's Ale House. Just opened and it is fantastic! Great menu, super affordable prices for quality food, and a fantastic indoor/outdoor bar area. Deborah McManus, the manager, greeted us along with the rest of the staff at the door. While there was a line of people waiting to get in, we were welcomed to the bar to have a drink while we waited for a table. Service is over the top excellent. We didn't even finish our drink before we had been called to our table. Waitress was polite, fast and efficient without being annoying. Got our food out fast considering the crowd, and we had an excellent meal for a very affordable price (for once). We will definitely be coming back - Deborah and her staff are worth it alone!

Awesome! So glad we finally have a Miller's Ale House near our home. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. Thanks Earl for making our afternoon enjoyable. It was packed and you still found a way to give us excellent customer service. We'll be back soon!
