    Hand tossed or Original Crust is just too doggone hard.. it's like leather. Needs more baking powder. I think I'll switch.. and maybe millions with me.
    The chain leaderless with loss of Papa John Schnatter. Was just okay, some of it my own fault because of sauce I picked and toppings.
