I've been here twice. The service was bery good both times. Everyone was really nice, and the food came out just fine. That being said, the dining room wasn't the cleanest. Last time I didn't mind, because the store was packed to the brim and the team was trying to clean in-between helping people, but they were unable to due to the lines being literally to the door. And I had ordered my food to go, so I didn't use the dining room at all. This time, business was pretty dead. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious. And again, I cannot stress enough how kind the staff is, which I really appreciate. But because we were dining in, I noticed several things: the floor was sticky, we saw one or two flies, and there were a couple young kids running around the dining room, one of whom was barefoot! It's possible they were the children of an employee about to finish a shift. But no one stopped the child from running around during the 15 minutes I was there, and it honestly wouldn't have bothered me if the child was not barefoot and putting their shoes on tables and counters. Also, the sauce display needed to be cleaned, it was pretty sticky and there was a sauce bucket sitting out on the display counter. Maybe they were short staffed today, I'm not sure. I don't know if this is a regular issue or just happened today. But it did make me question the cleanliness of the dining room. Maybe next time I'll stick to the drive thru.
