Great comfort food spot for the family or by yourself, chicken is really good, love the fried yuca or sweet plantains for sides. They also have awesome salsas like garlic cilantro, guava BBQ and the best is that Is very Inexpensive.

It was good. I got the chicken quarter with black beans and yellow rice. It was good and the service was quick.

Pollo tropical could be a great place to have a nice lunch if their management team would just out a little more attention to details; such as keeping the restaurant's floors clean as well as the tables and chairs. While the food is acceptable and not expensive, there has never been a time that we have not had to clean ourselves our table and chairs before seat down to eat. Also, they need to improve the quality of their rice and the black been that used to be great are going down so, quality control is lacking as well.

Always amazing! Fresh & delicious! Nice staff! Only thing I would really complain about is, they have forgotten to put utensils and napkins one in a while. But, okay I get it we're only human! Lol but other then that the food is just incredible! Very tasty!
