The Rooster Food+Drink

We were next door for an event and when we left we saw the rooster and decided to try it out. We didn’t realize they close at 3:00 and I believe we must of walked in at like 2:50. They still served us. They were all so nice. It was our first time eating at the rooster and it won’t be the last. What a great little hidden gem. My boyfriend got the burger and I got the almond crunchy grouper. It was absolutely delicious. We left with a lovely slice of carrot cake to eat later. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I've lived here for so long and have no idea how I haven't ever been here before now. The food and service is absolutely incredible. Came here with my fiancee and two of my friends from the other coast and this is definitely going to be our new regular breakfast place. Might have to take on this whole menu next.

We drove from Brevard County straight to the Rooster. It took us a bit over 4 hours and we would do it again in a heart beat. Starting from the moment we arrived or server was so sweet we told her how long we had traveled to eat here since stalking them on FB and drooling at the photos. Then another woman from the back came out to welcome us and the chef send complementary biscuits and this heavenly strawberry preserves to the table.. then came or meals as we sat outside during a beautiful day! I had the chicken and waffles!! Delicious!! And the waffles are in the shape of a Rooster!! Hubby had the Texas Ruban and let's just say the smile on his face said it all!! He tends to be a bit picky and all he could say was OMG this is amazing!! This is an incredible little gem that should not go unnoticed!! We will be back and hats off to the Chef and staff!!!

Food is good albeit a bit pricey. Service and ambiance is mediocre for cost. It has potential but there is better for the money in the area... Chicken and waffles were very good to be made better with different syurp... Bacon is the source of all salt in earth. May try again but will probably pass...
