“Dined with the family recently at the M Waterfront Grille and had a positive experience. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly especially with the kids who can be quite demanding for crayons and other colouring materials. We were all satisfied with our respective meals and the kids Mac & Cheese was incredible. We are fans of the Village Shops of Venetian Bay in Naples, as it's a quiet setting and has good ambience. As a value investor, why I haven't given a higher score is the price is a bit steep and thus the restaurant loses some points on value. We do recommend this restaurant.”

Every, single, time I call to order it is SO loud on their end as if the person answering the phone is standing right in the middle of the kitchen. They always claim my signal is breaking up, but NO ONE else I ever call from home has an issue with my signal. I don't know what is the issue with that, but I'd suggest maybe whoever answers the phone, go away from the kitchen. Otherwise, I love their food. I order at least 2-3 times a week.”
