Beach Hut Cafe

This is a nice place to have a good meal, and it's within 2 blocks of the beach. We ate a delicious homemade breakfast then walked the two blocks to the beach to burn off what we ate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and it was casual and friendly. You'd fit in just as you are! Other customers must have been locals and were treated like family. Definitely a family owned small business who cares about their customers. We will be returning when we're in the area again!

Very friendly just as I remember although has been a few years. Place was pretty full yet was able to accommodate 5 of us coworkers for late breakfast. Everything came out together, hot and tasty. Parking was another story.

A group of friends meet here every Monday morning to start the week on a positive note. The food is basic, reasonable and the waitstaff friendly. We usually have Ashley serving us.

We've been going here for years and it's always been our favorite breakfast place in Jax. Simple but delicious. If it's the weekend you need to get there early or there will be a line out the door. Highly recommend if you're in the beach area!

I always loved coming here with my great grandmother when she was alive. Now that shes gone I like coming back every once in awhile just to enjoy some of the memories of us having brunch here. The people are always friendly the food is always good and the environment is always inviting. When I had a friend from out of state I insisted he come here for brunch. Anyone new or visiting the jacksonville area I implore you to try this wonderful establishment.
