Beachside Seafood Restaurant & Market

Pretty good local joint. Probably more lively at night. The conch fritters looked dense but one bite and they were so light and airy. The shrimp was really good. The house made coleslaw is the real deal. I need to come back at night but man lunch was good.

One of my favorite places in Jacksonville Beach. They have all of the normal seafood items plus some interesting creations in the restaurant. Dining isn't fancy. Pub tables and picnic tables. Roof top dining, semi enclosed. If you go in January, it is chilly in the dining area. There is a small indoor dining area that is heated and air conditioned. They also have a fresh seafood counter, if you want to take it home and make your own dinner.

We love this local seafood joint. Their seafood quality is spectacular. When stone crab is in season, they always have them. Ironically, one of their best items is their Philly steak sandwich. But their fish tacos, clans on half she'll and many other specialities are great. This place is very casual, and all their effort goes into quality affordable local food, not ambiance or pretentious decor. We dine at this place on EVERY trip to or near Jacksonville

We stopped here as a family based on some recommendations.

Gonna have to say it’s one of my all time favorite places to eat seafood. Down to earth, delicious, large portions, fresh!

Service was excellent, food and condiments were delicious and we tried a variety of baskets.

We left full, happy and satisfied. There really weren’t any negatives I could find.

The upstairs area was spacious, heated (we came in January) and had an alright view too. No direct beach visibility I’m afraid but that would have just been a perk, certainly not the reason for our visit.

Looks like there is a fish market below for anyone wanting to pick up fresh seafood.

All in all, a really nice visit and we were very pleased! ✌️????
