Chick-fil-A

Always good and friendly Drive Thru staff. Fast service may it be in the morning for breakfast or in the evening for dinner. This is my fave Chil fil A location.

This location used to be awesome. Don't get me wrong I love the staff and Chick fila in general but this location seems to be slipping. I ordered a 12 count nugget a small and medium fry and a grilled club sandwich from the app. I didn't check it because I usually don't have to with chick fila. I should have. I only got 8 nuggets, the fries were soggy and mostly broken bits you find at the bottom. Lettuce on the club was dried out... This has happened more than once here now. I never be had I'llto worrywabout thistbefore but recently it's become the norm. I'll be checking my food (who wants to drive all the way back to the store) and making the drive to Hodges from now on.

I was given rude service by what I think was one of the managers, as I go there very often and have never seem to have a problem, until today. Us customers don't know that you cant see what we've redeemed off rewards when the APP says "scan at restaurant" so like anyone else, we think you know, but I didn't deserve any kind of snarky attitude. so I let it go... THEN the inside playground, from what we heard was closed for "3 minutes" to let the strong sanitizer air out...understandable, so we purchased ice cream and chilled. THEN after 10 min we decided to go in... still a strong smell, but told the kids 5 min only (because of the smell).... until ATTITUDE MAJOR came running over to shout that it was closed...which the sign said "until 5:45"... this was a 2:30 lunch. SO honestly what needed to happen was communication within the staff. I know it's just a playground but kids live for that. I get people have bad days but I'm getting out of the office from my stress zone to enjoy a nice lunch with my family and not to be treated poorly. I am very disappointed but I will not rate anything lower than a 5 for chikfila just because of one woman. BUT I hope this does get read.
