When Los Andes is good, they are very good. but it is hit or miss way too often. The last time we went, the chicken was very dry and the plantains were not edible because they were so hard. Other times we have had moist chicken and ooey, gooey, caramelized plantains cooked correctly. Empanadas are usually pretty good. The Los Andes on Atlantic Blvd seems more reliable, but we’ve had bad food from them, too. Wish there was another Peruvian rotisserie chicken option nearby.
As an Argentinian myself, I recommend this small restaurant. The food is delish! They have a nice and quite varied menu with a mix of Peruvian and a Argentinian dishes. Desserts are great as well.
It’s located in a shopping strip, and it’s not big or fancy, but it’s clean and nicely decorated.
They also do DoorDash delivery or pick up.
Really good food cooked fresh. It looks like a chain restaurant in a small retail space, but don’t let that fool you. Not much ambiance, but waiters were very nice and attentive. Definitely going back.
Los🌏Andes Restraunt really😲surprised me. Although the space is🤎small the dish I ordered really hit🥊me with big♨️flavors. This restraunt is based on delivering🍗🍚🫔🥐🥩delicious 🇵🇪peruvian🇵🇪style cusine. If you love❤️🤎beef🥩you have to try their Picanha. It is😋mouthwatering! I will definitely👍be coming😁back.
I had the pleasure of visiting Los Andes twice in one week and let me tell you... I could eat here every single day and it would never get old.
The new location was super comfy and you felt right at home. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and it makes you want to stay even longer and order even more food.
I can't speak highly enough of this food. Seriously. It's incredible. Give me one of these empanadas and some delicious sauces every day and I will die a happy woman.
The flavor on the chicken was out of this world - and the cook on it was perfect. The sauces are spicy, so buckle up - but you'll love them. Especially with some rice or plantains. I promise you'll be happy.
Come check out either location and you will absolutely be making a second, third, fourth, etc. trip back!!
