Pizza Hut

It took almost 2 hours for my order to be delivered. I'm usually not one to complain, and I did call to make sure that the delivery driver hadn't gotten lost (even though I was 0.3 miles away). They refunded $4 which i didn't really need, but was nice of them. However, when I got my order, the pizza was warm at best and the cheese breadsticks were less than desirable. I also paid for ranch dressing which I did not receive. I guess the $4 dollars back kind of made up for that. The delivery driver was a very nice kid, so I tipped him twice. Once on the card and then some cash. I hope to have a better experience next time

This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut. We're fortunate to have them. They consistently provide great pizza and great customer service. Their $5 pasta deals are fantastic. I enjoy using the mobile app to order and track my points. Their freebies and discounts are fantastic. I usually get carry out. However, each time that I got delivery in the past six months it was fine. No complaints.

Amazing customer service, was offered a free beverage for having to wait on a remake. My experience was good, food looks hot! Yum.
