Pollo Tropical

Not super vegetarian friendly for those going with friends. Kind of high pricing, but the eating area is really nice and open.

Food is always good. But it seems to be going down hill already. The dinning area stays dirty. The sauces are always in the wrong containers at the sauce bar. And their always out of their most popular cilantro sauce. The sauce bar stays a mess. And the ice machine was empty for the lobby. We were there for about an hour this time, and it never was filled, nor anything cleaned. Have to sit at a dirty table or wash it off yourself. There was two of us tonight...and one of our JSO Service men ordered his food to go. And when we left he was still waiting on his order and he was on call at that. That's ashame. Step up the game or we won't be back.

Heather and the whole gang were awesome, It had been a bit since I have been and we made a couple if mistakes ordering and rather then make md feel like a fool they promptly just made it right. That is a testament of a crew that understands customer service...the food was better then I remember I will be sure to come back again soon thank you.

Love this place. The food is always delicious. I try to eat there each week. The seating is comfortable and the Mango tea is a must. The sauces enhance the flavor of the meat. Stop and eat there. You won't be disappointed.
