    I am from Arizona so finding authentic Sonoran Mexican Food has been really hard in northern Florida. It's still different than the food in Phoenix but it's close. They actually use shredded beef in their chimichanga ????????????????. Everyone else uses ground beef...who does that.

    This is a fabulous restaurant. If you're looking for an authentic Mexican meal then look no further. Everything is made fresh here, the food is always wonderful, and is a family friendly environment. Great prices too!

    I come to the area for work every now and then, and I almost always stop here for lunch. They have lightning quick service, so it's great for a quick bite if you dont have much time. Plus, their food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

    We love Viva and the friendly family service. Their food is awesome and it's our favorite place to go anytime we want to eat good, avoid crowds, and enjoy nice atmosphere... and they always have ESPN on for husband!
