Yafa grill (taste of Jerusalem)

What an nice surprise! This place looks a little questionable from the outside. It was a former Wendy's and it was the type of place I always passed an wondered if it was good. The answer is, Yes! We tried several items on their menu. The salad plate which included hummus, grape leaves, a chickpea salad and more. The chicken wrap, and the grilled chicken breast platter. It is a lot of food at a great price. We spent about $30 and went home with two to-go boxes worth of food. They have to-go, or you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it is worth a try.

A good go to place when you want an actual meal at a good price. Everything was really good but I wouldn't say anything was amazing. I really like that their is a place that I can literally just pop in and get some Middle Eastern food. Only real critique is that the inside needs some refreshing.

I love the food here! It's consistently very good. And for the price point it's great.

Now there's no question, the restaurant is in need of a refresh. It's in what looks like a converted fast food joint. But, as mentioned the food is very good.

I leave happy every time I visit. And I'll keep coming back.

Delicious food and great service. Everything looked and smelled delicious so we had to try as much as our stomachs would allow. The owner made great suggestions and we were more than satisfied with our tasty choices. You can see all the food when you order and then they bring it to your table. Be sure to ask for the homemade hot sauce if you like spicy. It's hot but so so tasty and delicious!

I pass by this place often and I've been wanting to try it. I finally got a chance and I have to say I wasn't disappointed at all. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. I went with members of my extended family and they also enjoyed it. If your looking for something new or different or maybe you too enjoy authentic middle eastern foods then I highly recommend giving them a try. I will definitely being going back.
