They cater to your specific situation and will let you dine in slowly, or get you out hastily if you were on a break or in a rush. They are a bit busy during lobster fest, but that's to be expected at the largest casual dining restaurant around

Best customer service ever experienced at a restaurant hands down!! Our server was Christian and he was very very nice, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again Christian!

While visiting from Georgia, seeing Red Lobster close to the Hotel , we stopped in. What a beautiful experience. The hostess was the best. The food and adult drink was delicious. ????

Absolutely love red lobster. The food was amazing, only problem I had was with the server... took more than 5 minutes for a server to even ask us what drinks we were getting.

Great food, service, and environment! Originally went to Regency location but service was slow, wait was long for a somewhat empty restaurant, and things seemed generally not to be together. They also did not recognize the reserve online feature for the wait list. Made same reservation on wait list for this location and they were actually able to locate us and seated us quickly. Waitress was great and service impeccable. Will definitely return to this location
