Customer service is good. All the staff members are professional and very friendly.Food and drinks are always great. Happy hour are my favorite! Always, I am greeted with a warm, friendly cheer from the staff. The drinks are phenomenal, and the food is exquisite. I'll always return.

Deserves a 10+ rating. This is the GO TO PLACE Anytime of the year if you want a wide selection of flavors on the LARGEST & tastiest chicken wings I have ever seen. The order portions are plentiful. Sides are great too! Wing Depot ?Jacksonville, FL) restaurant ambiance is very nice. The customer service there is exceptional! Kudos to the management & owners. Plenty of tv's to watch any sports game. Lunch, Dinner, Tailgates, Parties, Events, or traveling through town -- call & pick up an order or have a service deliver it to you. Can hardly wait to visit again.

Go here every Friday to relax get some wings and beer. Ladies are nice and let us make our own sauce mix. Wings are good. They do need something to attract people to stay at the bar. Maybe some TV games or some adult games would make it a nice local hangout
