I am at this store at least every other day. Every time I am in there the store is clean and the clerk's know me. I am a store manager myself, and one time I said to one of the clerk's, there is wine missing I think someone stole it. She told me that y'all sell single bottles (different from my store). I think everyone knows me now because of that. Every time I come in we all look at the wine section, and joke about it because I was wrong. The amount of times I have been at this store, I judge it every time - are the aisles clean, are the shelves stocked, is everything pulled forward, how is the signage, etc. There is a standard, and this store is way above that. Tonight I walked in and the store manager was running a register. THAT is what happens and I wish it was recognized way more than what it is. Store managers work their tail off (if their good). When they do it with a smile on their face, and they really appreciate the business and care - that is a good manager. Adding up to all of the times I have been at this store and seeing the clerk's - it all makes sense now. The training and the hard work in the operations side of the business is all going right. Great job.
