    The ladies behind the counter we're fast, friendly and very efficient. It was a refreshing experience.

    Everything is delicious!! I love their iced coffees and lattes, and of course, their delightful donuts.

    Service was very slow . All staff were preparing online orders and not helping customers in the store . I watched 2 customers leave without ordering because of the Wait and not being greeted . They were also out of a few items including apple fritters which is what I was there to purchase. I guess if you want to enjoy a donut or fritter you should order online to get service!

    They are very nice and professional and the coffee was great. Only giving four stars because all of the “Elf on a Shelf” ornaments are white so I couldn’t get one for my kids. Not their fault though, corporates fault.

    I came in on Christmas day, hardly anything was out of place. Though they were short of staff the service was great and the worker were very welcome. Well done!
