Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Depends on what manager is running the shift at the time of my visit for quality service. During this time of service it could be awfully slow and sometimes just unorganized. As well as low morale. The moral sucks when you can hear a cashier say "I'm not doing nothing but drive-through people shouldn't be calling out of work." Then on the same visit you hear the manager say "I'm taking care of my customers you need to do that as well. Where is the morel? Better question. Where is the leadership? and Where is the teamwork? I have learned Attitude reflects leadership. However, I digress moving on. When I see the other two of the four managers I have faster and friendly service. Although with all four managers, Blackened ranch is one of this location most requested dips, for some odd reason they never have it on hand upfront. I have witness an employee as well as manager walk to the back for two dips instead of taking the container to restock. Coming from an experienced General Manager if this is a highly requested dip you should have a backup for the backup. Which Intel's two containers in the front holder another container ready for grab in the back where you keep the bulk of the product. Next, make sure it's stock an between slow periods. Just my opinion though.

Gotta love that chicken from Popeyes! I am a fan. Nice change from Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Good food and friendly helpful staff. Prices are a little high. They have the best biscuits and beans and rice I love their food
