(April 9, 2019, 1:30 am)I walked in here tonight for the first time. I was a traveler just passing through town. Wasn't quite sure what to expect when I walked in the door, but this place has a great atmosphere, looks wonderful, the server was amazing and the food was outstanding. The fried chicken was better than I expected for sure. What a very pleasant surprise.

(October 26, 2018, 11:17 pm)Good ol, down home, like mama's cooking, country buffet.. The servers remember you like family and always downright polite. Highly recommend Old Hickory House if you're looking for some southern soul and comfort food. Best peach cobbler around. Go for the buffet or go for the family feel...heck, there's even an ice cream bar. Old fashion root beer floats too. Yummm!!
