    KFC has definitely gone down on the quality of the food they allow to go out. Used to be my favorite chicken place. Last 2 times I've been, got old dry overcooked chicken that was obviously under a warming light too long. It's a pity, because they used to have the best. Probably won't be bringing my business back. The staff was a little confused, but friendly enough.

    The food is always good and I have only had an issue once with getting the wrong chicken ( They got the original and crispy mixed up) but let us keep the chicken we had and just gave us the right chicken. Staff has always been fast and friendly.
