    This place has so much potential. Apparently used to be one of the hanging spots or a tourist area. Now most of buildings are vacant. Not sure what happened. But they did have a festival of the night that I was there and that was nice. You can drive your boat up in park and get out and enjoy yourself. But I really think they need to revamp that entire area.

    This place needs to be freshened up. Great location on the water but not many businesses. Just a couple of bars and chain restaurants.
    The boat dock in the river is still closed due to storm damage. A bit long in my opinion

    The landing is a great place to visit however I wish there were more shops. I do love the experience in what the landing brings as far as entertainment arts and crafts and even food. It’s downtown Jacksonville so you would assumed that it would be a little more lively but all in all I love the landing.
