Soul Food Bistro

I had Potters House cater my wedding and my guest overly loved the meal. I thank Kelly so much she made sure everything was great. Kelly and her team are very professional and sweet people. The guest loved the food so much they were trying to get the food the next day at the restaurant. The roast beef was very tender and seasoned well, the crusted fish was perfect and the vegetables were amazing... just everything was soooo good and sad to say I didn’t get a chance to taste the shrimp and grits but guest that don’t even eat seafood loved it. Well done Kelly... thank u so much for being great and helping with making my wedding seamless and my day stress free. I would recommend the Potter’s House 1000 times for all of your catering needs... affordable, professional and awesome food! You won’t regret it

Well, it's Soul food. It's served cafeteria style, at the end of a long line (I think we waited about 45 minutes), where I ended up spending about $20 for just me on smothered pork chops, 2 sides, the driest piece of cornbread of my life so far (and some margerine), some iced tea, and a little square of strawberry cake. Except for the cornbread, it was all pretty good. But, not great... And, I didn't really feel like I got a whole lot for my money.

Great place for soul food. Fast, but with great quality. The Oxtails are very good, and most meals have ample sides. Great desserts too. Very efficient staff.
