Taco Bell

I mobile ordered my food just a few minutes before I got there. When I walked in to the pick up area there was no one on the front counter at the moment but someone in the food prep area saw me and asked how I could be helped. When I said I was there for a mobile order the person who worked the front counter came around the corner and asked my name. As he was searching for me in the computer, one of the food prep people came up and handed me my completed order.

Now I know it will not always happen that quickly, but the fact that I was acknowledged in a timely manner was excellent customer service. The employees were pleasant. The food was hot. The restaurant lobby area was clean. This is about the third time I've been to this location and each time it has been a pleasant experience.

I had the Mexican Pizza combo meal. The tacos barely had any meat in them. There was more lettuce and cheese than meat! The pizza was good but they were better a long long time ago when they used to put black olives on them.

This is an excellent Taco Bell, it stays open until 3am so I come to this one when I want something to eat this late at night. However, it tends to be a bit slowed down after 1am, but this is my place to go for something to eat late night.

I’m in town visiting with family and this Taco Bell is one of the nicest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Tessa is one of the nicest employees. She really knew her stuff. I think she has the menu memorized. Was very courteous and helpful.
