    My Butterfly ????box was prepared very well not over cooked nor greasy. The wait wasnt that bad either!!

    Watched employees goof off instead of getting the orders right. Only one lady was excluded from this. She had boxes filled and ready to move customers but could only get so far.

    Girl that took our order fought with this ONE lady in front of everyone instead of doing her job. Simply no excuse. Manager right there and never said a word to "move the orders" or "may I speak to you"

    We want to open a popeyes but the franchise is not financially available. I guarantee you would have better qualify food and service. Alas we are stuck. We have no choice but to deal with drama for a drumstick.

    I went to Popeyes around 8:30 on a Thursday night. I was greeted as soon as i walked in, took my order and was only there a few minutes. The food was fresh, hot and delicious and service was great. Will definitely go back.

    The team here seems to care about customer satisfaction and are flexible to your needs. Ex- adding to your order at an inconvenient time or give you extra items for your wait. I've experienced that more than once. The last time I went, my fries weren't very fresh. I didn't realize it until I had pulled off. I'm confident that had I said something, that would've gotten fresh ones with no issue.
