    SLOOOOOOW. Expect a long wait, ten minutes plus, if you walk-in and order. Even when I order online and arrive five minutes after the time my order is supposed to be ready, it's still a few more minutes until they finally get my order together.

    The food is fine but, the teenagers running the place don't work very hard.

    First fried chicken sandwich came out dry and tough. Told manager and he took care of it with no problem. Second one was great!

    Best customer service I’ve seen in a fast food establishment in a long time. I had to wait for a while last night, and the guy at the window was so sweet and apologetic, it made it all worth it. Whoever you were working the window last night at 9:00, you’re amazing!

    I love the zaxby kicking chicken sandwich! The Fast food here is really good and the service is great. They never mess up my drive they orders. They are stingy on the sauce and charge 25 but I guess people can be greedy so I understand.
