Jazzy's Restaurant & Lounge

I wash you could give ratings for different aspects of your experience, because the food is a solid 5 star - excellent fried chicken, collards and cheese grits. The service was terrible. Out waiter was very nice and friendly, but completely inattentive, and it was all after lunch and not crowded at all. You guys have to up your service game!

SO LET ME START BY SAYING JAZZY'S RESTAURANT & LOUNGE IS............

I made reservations for a birthday party of 22 people. My plans were made by someone at the other location on top of 2 other large reservations .
So I received a call from Jasmine at Jazzy's the very next day on 03/20 explaining the situation, which I missed. She did leave a voicemail which I didn't check until 1 PM on 03/23 the day of my Reservations. So I contacted Jasmine back asap after listening to the voicemail to let her know I had just listened to the voicemail, and It was so last minute. She told me she would try her best to accommodate everyone and it would be a first to arrive first to be seated situation. Well to make a long story short Jasmine and the friendly staff at Jazzy's did just that and everyone was accommodated. It was a full house my party wasn't rushed and we had two of the best servers.
The environment is nice the food was delicious, the services was outstanding oh and I can't forget the live band did a great job.

Jazzy's Restaurant Was really amazing! For the first time I have found a restaurant with good waitress service.. Very nice, patient.. My little girl is 5yrs and loved there kids menu also me and my wife loved ours as well! Going back very soon to hear the live music. They have reasonable prices also!!!

What can I say, our Chef has opened another restaurant with delish food. I enjoyed 2 piece Hot dusted fried chicken (breast and wing), Mac and cheese, cornbread. I could hardly finish my meal . My chicken breast was extremely moist. Sincerely, Erika Spencer

Food was fresh, authentic, and extremely tasty! Best chicken and mac n cheese I've ever had. Not like the chain restaurants where everything is frozen and then microwaved. Chef came out to ask how the food was. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
