    Best place for chicken. Been stopping by on my way to work and never disappointed. To use a movie quote from Little Nicky, "Popeyes is the shizz-nit!!"

    They didn't ask what sauce I'd like to dip my chicken in, standard for this location. You will get jipped if you don't ask.

    They also won't give you any napkins. Available upon request is hard to swallow with a nearly 9$ meal. That said....

    Wait time was a little steep at 15 minutes, but I also came at lunch hour so that's understandable.

    Food quality was fine. Not too hot or too cold really. Drive thru is a tight squeeze in a few spots.

    Recommend, but don't expect the Experience

    I have always loved this Popeyes, better than the one on Arlington road. I have recently discovered Uber eats and I now get Popeyes delivered! Absolutely great. Food is super hot and fresh. Thank you for your service and hot food.

    Popeye's located on 1509 University Blvd has great and awesome service! The employees Rashaud and Tanya was extremely friendly and nice.The presentation and temperature of the food was excellent! I would recommend people to visit this store.

    As usual great food!! Enjoyed the red beans & rice especially the extra helping the store manager blessed me with!! He might have heard I'm on a very low fixed income of only $545 per month. No matter his reason, i pray that he and his staff have a joyfilled holiday season. Amen.
