Metro Diner

I had a great experience here being my first time coming. The wait wasn't bad. The inside appeared clean. The food was wonderful. We had fried chicken, waffles, eggs, hashrounds, bacon, and much more on our table. Everything tasted great. You definitely get your money's worth. We will go back when we visit Jacksonville FL.

My boyfriend and I sat outside & were immediately helped. The server was so sweet & constantly checked on us. The food came out fast & without any issues. I got the breakfast burger & it was huge and so so yummy. I needed a box. Definitely want to go back & try the chicken & waffles next time. ????

They've always got great service and even better food! They definitely have some of the best diner food out there. Bacon isn't greasy and soggy, it's perfectly cooked and drained. The cooks know how to cook instead of just quickly heating your food. The sweet tea is sweet, the waffles and chicken are delicious.

Just go already, you definitely won't regret it, even if there is a wait on Saturday.

First time going to Metro Diner, we had to wait thirty minutes for a table. Although there was a wait it was well worth it. The portions are big and delicious. I will be going back! I recommend trying the strawberry butter it's so yummy, it comes with the chicken and waffles. The staff is very friendly despite how busy it is. I give it five stars all around.
