4 Rivers Smokehouse

4 Rivers is a good BBQ joint. One of the best in Jacksonville. I had the pulled chicken that was good. The slaw and corn was good as well. Very busy, go early. Had the brisket in the past, not the best I have had but good.

Get the brisket ... moist is where it's at. Fast service. Dining area almost always empty due to location. Heavy order out service to all major work hubs from this location. Convenient to pick up on way home at take away counter. Order ahead for best service.

4R is the best barbecue in town. The food here is amazing, even the green beans are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean and in a good location with lots of parking. Cant recommend 4R enough.

Great food! Never had a bad experience with staff, or food. The place is clean and set up for small and big groups. Kid friendly too! In fact, the summer 2017, I had my wedding rehearsal dinner there. It was wonderful time.

Go, you’ll thank me later. Was told that their brisket is what made them famous. Though my taste buds say the pulled pork and turkey are whats awesome. Also tried the chicken but the piece i had felt like it was lacking in taste. Only tried those meats out of all of all they offer. Beans have a nice smokey flavor. Will be back to try some more. Bread pudding was yum too
