Can get very busy on the weekends. Overall very clean and the games are spaced out so kids can play and wait to play. The play cards are much better than the tokens but the ticket exchange machines are a bit difficult to use, as they are preventing direct feeding to protect against anything being improperly pulled into the machine. Also parking is a little small in comparison to how many customers can be served. Would recommend a trip there as your kids will have a blast just expect crowds most of the time. Also the ticket receipts don't expire so if you need to you can save your tickets until the next visit.

Staff was Amazing and so helpful. My 5 grandchildren had a ball and my 3 children I think had an even better time. Gumball machines for All. Keep those smiles Team Chuck E... God Bless

When I was there, all the staff was very helpful. The tables need to be cleaned in a timely manner. I could not find a table that was either clean or not occupied. My son played video games and had a good time.

It was very busy tonight. But food tasted good.Clean bathrooms, Games worked. I loved the new play passes. My son had a great birthday party.

It didn't get 5 stars and the reasons are not horrible. The main reason is that there were games and rides not working or not always working. It matters because it's said to be part of the experience. Still the majority that we tried worked properly. Given that some wear and tear is to be expected, then it was acceptable. The only other thing that stood out to me as needing attention, were the chairs. Ratty, taped and outdated are the ways I would describe them. Again not a huge deal. However a better locally well known place such as this, then I would expect more attention to details. A higher standard maybe.
There's still a lot of good in this place and I totally recommend it for any appropriate occasion. Professional employees, good food and an energetic atmosphere are high on my list for their good points.
