The Melting Pot

Great atmosphere! My waitress was very attentive. It can be a bit pricey but we had more than enough food. Awesome place to celebrate a birthday with family and friends.

My husband and I have gone to several wonderful Melting Pot locations, but this one was our best experience by far. The manager introduced himself and made conversation with us. Everyone was very sweet, and the food was as good as always. I definitely recommend this place!

First timer. Had to move our seat because I got claustrophobia at the first table. They said some couples like a private table but felt like we were in a closet.
I had the duck, rosemary chicken and shrimp. Definitely a different experience cooking our own food but so flavorful and tender. Come hungry. We had the chocolate caramel and heath bar chocolate fondue. We'll definitely go back.

I think this is mostly for the experience of doing fondue. Everything was good, but for the price i feel you could get better value other places. But it was good and if you like fondue and don't mind paying a good bit for it this won't let you down. Over all good food just feel it's over priced for what you get.

This was my first visit at this location. I reserve every year for Valentine's day. We got ELI as a server and he was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure it was a fantastic meal! Food was amazing and filling as always. The only LET DOWN was knowledge at the front desk. When I called and made my reservation they told me that lovers lane you just ask for, when we arrived on time I asked and the girls at the desk said no that's for VIP, now had I been offered that I would have gotten it. 2 of the girls up front were also NOT in there work clothes. Would have been 5 stars if not for that let down with my girl on our special date night of the year. they also did not have DIP rewards at this franchise location for frequent guest such as us back in ny 3+ visits a year and the rose for the girl on the table was wilted and DEAD, now a 3 dollar rose should be fresh for your girl on this night when you spend $200 on dinner and drinks for 2. That takes one more star. So ELI was the one who made the visit any stars.
