Five Guys

My husband and I love five guys. Unfortunately this past experience they forgot one of our burgers in a pick up order and we had to go all the way back to pick it up. On the plus side they made a new burger, gave us a gift card and made us a fresh batch of fries for free. Great customer service! The guy who made the mistake was so apologetic took and said he was sorry for ruining our night. It was definitely not ruined, more of an inconvenience. Good job five guys.

Food was good. However, our order ticket was lost and we had to wait a long time for food. This would not deter me from going back. I'm just sharing my experience.

The burgers are absolutely delicious and the fries are fantastic. I had a shake once and it was okay, but I don't come here for shakes.

The staff are generally pleasant and the ordering process is easy. Lots of options for toppings.

The food was delicious the staff was very nice. The guy at the register I wish I would have gotten his name. He was especially friendly. Got our order really fast and everything was great !

Fantastic Burgers, always cooked as ordered, when ordered. The meat and cheese, even the toppings and condiments always seem incredibly fresh.

And the French Fries.... man oh man I love the french fries at this place, both the spicy and the regular... they're so damn fresh they're even good reheated for a day or two.. lol

Seriously, one of the absolute best burger joints in all of Jacksonville in my opinion. The place is always very clean, the employees are great, and the food is really really really damn good.
