Russ-Doe's Sandwich Shop

I'll return with my coworkers. The place has a cool atmosphere. Food and feeling reminds me of Kansas City.

Off the beaten path near TIAA Bank Field, great food and desserts. Cash only. Don’t expect ambience or to eat inside. Tables are available outside. Try the “Russ Doe with cheese”. As my coworker said you would not name an item after yourself if it sucked. It’s seasoned ground beef in a pita with lettuce and tomato. Never had a bad dessert either and drink included for under $8!

Fabulous, down home food to go. Terrific value. My new favorite is corned beef hash, two eggs, and 1/2 Gris, 1/2 hash browns. Wonderful. Cash only.

If your in the area you have got to stop by and try some food. All the deserts are home made and excellent. The food is made made to order and excellent. Places to eat outside and they have a ATM just in case you don't have cash on hand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish they had more stores around town.

This shop is the very best in the area. I have yet to get something from them that I didn't like. They have reasonable prices and fast service. My only complaint would be that they only accept cash. Good eats!
