Tijuana Flats

We always try to time our trips south to hit this TF for lunch. Wish they had these in Michigan. Good fresh food with healthy options. The service and food had always been great.

It's been a few months since I've visited this location. The staff was friendly as usual. The order taker talked highly of their Brookie dessert, which has the appearance of a brownie and cookie combined. I'd have expected a bit of a crunch with it being part cookie. But it was more of a soft brownie. Still, it was very tasty and my 7yo really liked it, too.

Rob and his staff went the extra mile. My elderly Mom needed something chopped fine and that wasn't spicy. The staff did not disappoint.
Great customer service. The food was awesome as well.

I just would like to give a shout out to Alex. I believe she also goes by another name. Well anyway, I was in for the very first time last week, and let me tell you, this girl has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She made me feel welcomed right away, and she has knowledge far and beyond anyone I’ve ever ordered from in a restaurant. Alex was helpful and considerate when I took longer to order since I wasn’t familiar with the menu, and answered any questions I had. I believe she also mentioned that she was going back to a different location at the end of the week. Alex deserves to be recognized. I had such a great first experience and I’ll definitely be back!
