5 stars for the staff definitely. Every employee we have encountered the few times we have been here have been extremely helpful. The facility is really fun, the bowling especially is hilarious. Definitely not your typical bowling alley.

That said, if you are a more serious bowler, you may get aggravated with the atmosphere and equipment. The pin lift dropped pins occasionally, causing our scores to be inaccurate. May have just been a glitch.

The arcade is really fun. Lots of different options and all appeared to be working properly.

The only thing that made me cringe a bit were the ants. They are all over the place. Saw trails of ants on a few games and on the stuffed animal bin in the gift shop.

Overall we really enjoy this facility. We will be back again!

We had a work event here today. I would say that the staff was pretty good with keeping up with our Non-Alcoholic drinks. In my opinion, they should have had our drinks out sooner as we were bowling and needed water at least. The prices for the activities were a great deal at $7 all you can play on different activities. The arcade is bigger than I thought. The restrooms were clean. Thank goodness!

It was fun. My only complaint is we had to wait about 10-15min to purchase laser tag tickets and a video game card. With all the staff that they had, they should have a better system for the main counter. They all have headsets as well, so once we notified the first person, we shouldn't have had to wait an additional 8+ min for service.

I have been to Main Event as just a few friends and as a company party of 35. Regardless of size, the staff work to meet your needs. Bowling is fantastic (mostly due to the animations between turns!) and the arcade games have a pretty good variety. While the pizza is not notable, they offer a decent menu for both food and drinks.
