We had the event set up in one email, and they were so easy to work with, friendly, and professional. They offered a full menu, which was very impressive and made planning so simple. Our guests loved the creativity of having food trucks and also of the menu. We highly recommend the Happy Grilled Cheese for any casual or formal event.

(January 15, 2019, 8:52 pm)They have the most awesome grilled cheese sandwich combinations you can think of! I had the Daddy of the Mac and seasoned fries. You absolutely cannot beat The Happy Grilled Cheese. The food truck and the restaurant have the same consistently great food. Love it!!!

The customer service was amazing and they kept the flow of people moving very well and the tables clean. The cashier today was also very nice and cheerful with everyone. Will definitely be back!!
