Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The line outside in the drive thru was very long as it was lunchtime so I decided to walk inside and I was glad I did. There was almost no line inside and very helpful staff that got my order quick. I received the food in a timely manner and it was delicious. I eat here a few times a month and this is one of the best locations I have been to. Will never hesitate to visit again to get my chicken fix ????

This Zaxby's always has the best service. Some of the employees here have worked here for years and that shows with their efficiency. Great food and great people. One of my favorite places in my lunch break. ????

Recently the wait times have increased at this location. On our visit today our order was completed incorrectly. There was no issue only because Lori at the register kept us informed, took responsibility, and offered to make it right due to our wait time. As a manager there was nothing she could have done better from a service recovery process. Please congratulate her for her skillful interpersonal skills. She saved this customer and allowed you have a favorable review and a chance to improve before my next visit.
