Wendy's

Wendy's is my favorite out of all of the burger places like McDonald's or Burger King or even five guys. This particular Wendy's is my favorite because my order always seems to be correct minus the time the carbonation wasn't good in the Sprite but that happens everywhere. The burger is has the correct amount of toppings and bacon and it's crispy where other Wendy's seem 2 minimize the crispness of the bacon. None of the places look like the commercial but this comes very close and I appreciate it. sometimes I will pass another Wendy's that is closer to get off on a different exit because I will always feel satisfied. I'll be back to get a baconator or maybe a Dave singles.

This past Friday your staff was very accomodating! Because of the weather...heavy rains, I did not want to stop at the store to purchase some salad fixings.
So I decided to stop at Wendy's and a couple of pre-made salads. Quite frankly, I really wasn't sure what I would get this time but I really wanted a salad. I asked the drive in cashier if she could try to pick me two really green salads...meaning mostly green leaves and not the lettuce spines and white pieces of lettuce. Much to my surprise when I pull up to pay she and another server were looking through the salads trying to find the most nutrious looking ones. They were going the extra extra mile... Had they been awful, I would have returned them, oh yes! I heard another employee ask you two what did I want. Please tell her you were putting your customer service skills into action. Small purchase...customer satisfaction. It's the little things that matter to consumers.????????????☺

For fast food. I'll say five stars. My food was served fast n hot and looked good. Not thrown in my bag. And for Wendy's and fast food that says alot.

Great food. Great service. 5 star fast food. Bring back spicy nuggets and I'll give you 6 stars.
