Papa John's Pizza

I was offered a cheaper deal and witnessed staff wash her hands everytime she touched something before preparing food. Great customer service and hygiene practices deserves 5 stars.

The pizza is always good to order. My only problem is that I ordered a two later of Dr. Pepper on the website but they were out when I got to the store so I got two small ones. I wish there was a way where they could connect the two and put online saying they are out of an item. My other concern was that when we got there, the cashier was on the phone and we weren't greeted by anyone. A little customer service goes a long way.

We order pizza from there sometimes. The only reason I give it 5 stars is because where I live, they give me a run around about who delivers to my area and it gets on my nerves. I get told to call another place and they tell me to call the one that told me to call them to begin with. Its very frustrating and they seriously need to change the mileage rule a bit further! Other than that nonsense, their pizza is very good when i have been able to actually have it delivered.

Ordered online two medium pizzas at a great price. Forgot to order the ranch dips with them. When I asked for them when I picked the pizzas up, the manager graciously offered the dips at no cost. Very customer service oriented. The reason the manager waited on me was because the cashier was already busy with another customer, and he made sure to keep the flow moving. It's rare to feel that the customer matters in today's society. But the 103rd st Papal John's is still that type of establishment. Thank you.

Ordered two pizzas for a party night, and they were all burnt. Our chicken wings were overcooked and dried up (obviously from being overcooked). We have had many orders from them in the past and the experience was always good up until this point. It had totally ruined our fun night with our friends. We had reached out to them about the experience, and they did make it right by us.
