    Needed something to eat after my doctor's appt. at UF Health and saw this truck. "Mama" that waited on me was helpful and very friendly. I ordered the Mamachimmi Steak and Eggs and it was fantastic! It was definitely notches above what I expected in both taste and presentation. It was also a very healthy portion. Kudos to the Bearded Chef for a very tasty dish!

    Loaded hash rounds are amazing! I crave these so much. Highly recommend.
