Cinemark Tinseltown and XD

Seats are comfortable and there is plenty of room. Food is normal for a theater, and priced accordingly (high). People were pleasant. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the movies. Look forward to your facility opening in Durban Park.

I only go to the movies a couple times a year. It's just ridiculous how much they charge for the movie tickets. Plus the prices for food & drinks is criminal! HOWEVER, if u go early to the matinee showings, the tickets are cheaper. Just stop at the store & get your snacks 1st. I love the recliners there, way comfy! I don't recommend if have sensitive hearing, it's LOUD!

Great place to catch a movie in Jacksonville. Very convenient to Town Center. Always showing the latest releases. We really enjoy the reclining seats. Be sure to reserve your seats early and online (the place is very popular and you want to get a good seat).

This theater offers a great movie experience. The Cinemark app makes it easy to purchase reserved seating. The luxury lounge chairs are comfortable. The theater is clean. The staff is friendly. It's the best place for movie day.

We came to Tinseltown to watch Creed II and were so excited to try out the reclining chairs. We were not disappointed. Seriously these chairs are a game changer!! They are comfortable and recline way back with built in cup holders.

The theater we were in was small with just a few rows up the stairs and 3 down. It made it feel more like a private home theater which we liked.

So why not 5 stars? We felt the security was seriously lacking. Multiple (20+ not joking) people came in and out of the theater throughout the movie. I'm not sure if they were lost or just theater jumping but all would come in, sit down and then leave after a few minutes. There were also a few teens talking throughout the movie. We could also hear the movie next door very clearly and it really was a distraction (along with all the others).

At the end of the day we would return for the reclining seats and sound system but we still prefer our own home for movie night!
