Far exceeded my expectations. Considering the location and the name, I thought my friend that wanted to eat here was, well, crazy. I must humbly admit I wrongly judged this restaurant by its exterior. The cozy interior is surprisingly beautiful and presents an elegant, relaxing dining environment. Since I’m not particularly fond of seafood, meal selection can be difficult. Our server came to the rescue by suggesting some options I had overlooked. Being able to try something new while remaining in my comfort zone was terrific. Every part of the meal was delicious and seemed quite fresh. I now question my previous dining choices. Why did I not visit Crazy Fish sooner?!
Our server even brought out a sample of tofu skin as another seafood free option. Now I’m looking forward to ordering that dish next time or one of the ramen bowls. Crazy Fish is a must-try and now, in fact, my new favorite sushi place.
First visit but definitely will not be our last! Small but cozy dining room. Cheerful and patient waitress. Sushi presentation best we have seen in town. Everything fresh and delicious! Favorites: Spicy Jalapeno Appetizer and Jacksonville roll both just WOW!
Appetizer crazy jalapeño was to die for.
I had a Jacksonville Roll that was fantastic along with a Boston Roll.
Staff very nice and helpful in explaining what everything was.
Would definitely recommend and will be returning to this Sushi restaurant.
Great food and even better customer service. The waitress was friendly and efficient. She knew most customers by name and a little history when they walked in. Was very observant about refills for water and tea. We had miso soup which is always great on a cold day, and a couple sushi rolls to share. Perfect ratio of rice to filling in the spicy tuna and salmon avacado. The dynamite was our specialty roll and it was very tasty. Absolutely will be back.
