    I had there ribs at the 2011 Orange Park Fall Festival. I am not kidding when I say that their ribs are in the top 3 of the best ribs I have ever had in my life. Smokey and tender and moist. I have to try to figure out how they do it. I think is involves some kind of braising after the smoke them. THEY ARE VERY GOOD RIBS!!!
