Firehouse Subs

The food was fresh and staff was welcoming and nice. The only complaint I have is they waited on a customer that came in after me while I waited at a table with my two babies and served him 4 sandwiches before I got my one that I had ordered.

Came in late afternoon and the place was basically empty. Works we’re great and we had the subs hand delivered to our table.
I’d definitely recommend the turkey bacon ranch sub, and they give water cups for the drink booth.
Staff was extremely friendly and nice to our group, plenty of tables inside for the lunch hour rush if that’s when you’re trying to go.

I've visited this establishment numerous times, as my daughter volunteers nearby. Only once was it not tidy. They were clearly understaffed that day. Still, our food was delicious, and received in a timely manner. Love Firehouse

I'm not sure what the day time manager's name is but he is a really nice guy. I only eat there when one of my elderly parents ends up in Baptist downtown. The store is always clean. My order is always timely and correct. The food is always great. I've sat and watched him and his crew handle a lunch hour rush with ease. Including online order pick ups. I won't go anywhere else when I am in San Marco. He even took the time to ask me if my mother was ok. You don't find that kind of service anymore. KUDOS!!! to you and your team.
