These guys have the best chips out there, no question about it. Great food, the options are all a little different then most of the burrito places out there. I have tried about four different things and they have all been good.
Great food! Nice selection. The
Chips are great. Great place for JaxMex.
Yummy tacos! I come here as much as I can. Affordable and clean restaurant. Their salsas are delish!
Ate here today, the food was... inconsistent. The chips were thick and crunchy which was good, the carnitas was oddly sweet, but not terrible, the brown rice was over cooked, texture indicative of being reheated from the day prior. The ground beef was over-seasoned with black pepper. Salsas were delicious in the salsa bar. The food when it was brought was kind of luke warm, guaranteed it didn’t meet the 139 degree Fahrenheit serving temperature. Men’s restroom hand dryer has its shell broken and looks as if mold is overtaken it, I have picture evidence but it won’t post here. I would give this place another chance, I feel it could be better.
When I worked in the Riverside area, I would try to make it out to Hightide Burrito whenever I had enough time to get out of the office. My go to meal was the CBG burrito. I also really like the fish tacos there. Actually, just about everything I have tried there has been really good. It has been a while since I have made it out to Hightide Burrito and I am craving it. I wish they would open a few more locations around town, or even St. Johns county where I now live :)
