We had Trina as our cashier during the dinner rush. We needed to grab a bite between our errands and she seemed to be the only employee handling the front. She ran the register, orders, customers and all our needs with grace and poise. Every single request was answered in full and with a smile. The best service under all the pressure of "hangry" customers. If Trina is there during your visit, rest easy knowing you'll be taken care of!

The food was delicious, but we ordered a side of gravy and the container came half full. It was a very busy inside and going through the drive thru, but food is very expensive right now so I'd like what I paid for.

So this particular KFC has only been open for two days, I pull in and go around to park and am met by the Regional Manager directing traffic and keeping the packed parking lot moving, nice quick conversation then i am off. I park and go inside, packed in there too.....here is the BEST part, EVERYONE is calm, and patient, the staff are cheerful and helpful, things move along as best as possible for the given situation. Unfortunately, my Pot Pie was not ready, however, they asked if I would like to substitute......all good so far. I got home and make my plate, the chicken was absolutely THE BEST I have had at a KFC, no lie, I was afraid with the crowds.....but no, fantastic. Great job in a crunch people, I couldn't be happier. Thank you for a great experience!
