Sugarfire Smokehouse BBQ

Really great food. Award winning actually. Customer service was excellent. The manager came over and asked for feedback. Ask for your name when they take your order. The order process was really efficient. Sort of like Chipotle or similar places. The only thing they need now is to hire people and the employees all looked like they were happy for the most part so hopefully they get more people soon.

My girlfriend called me from another state about a month ago to tell me how excited she was that her favorite barbecue restaurant was coming to Jacksonville! We had to try it, there were 6 of us. Immediately, we were greeted by wonderful, friendly employees that were ready to answer any of our questions and make recommendations. My "older adult" parent's were with us and asked if they should get 2 meals and they told them there would be plenty to share. They weren't kidding, we had a lot of to-go boxes when we left! The food is smoked and cooked to perfection, the sauces are delicious and the sides are extraordinary, everyone loved it all! The next day we happened to be in the area again and my husband said he couldn't pass by Sugarfire without trying something else from the menu even though we have a lot of leftovers from the night before in our refrigerator, this is definitely our family's new barbecue restaurant!

Awesome, super friendly staff!! Food was AH-MAXING!!! Had a half rack of ribs and the meat was smooth and full of flavor, fell right off the bone. Turkey sandwich had the most butter soft turkey I’ve ever had. Incredible. Can’t wait to try their brisket.
